Family trees
1 Line
This first strike into your family tree will follow one of the client’s four family tree lines back as far as it can go. This includes investigations into each of your direct ancestors. We look into newspaper archives, national census archives, prison archives and many more smaller archives as well.

2 Lines
This option is our most popular option - this is essentially exactly what it says on the tin. We follow two lines as far as they go. This can be any two lines - not necessarily on the same side of the tree. This is a popular option for clients buying the research for both parents - one research line per parent.

4 Lines
This is the ultimate package - With this option we set about going through each of the four lines of the client and work up four separate research dockets. We will find out everything and anything to do with the client’s history from all angles.

Female Direct Line
The female direct line is our latest option for clients to see their family tree from the perspective of the women who make up their ancestral story. If you follow a family tree line, you usually trace the surname of the family, however this would only follow the male line (as the surname in marriages was almost always the man’s name). By offering this service, we give the women of the client’s origins equal importance to the men.

Ancestor Profiles
This service is for those clients that are interested in a specific ancestor. We work up a research docket into the ancestor including looking into their immediate family [father, mother, siblings] and where they lived and what they did for a living.

House History Packs
The cost of the House History packs is set at £1,000 - the nature of history research is that some houses have longer histories than others and so the time to research naturally varies.
